Heritage Manufacturing offers the next generation of advanced metal bending technology through the use of a Ystad Bi-Directional Folding machine. The Bi-Directional Folding machine has the ability to make bends up to 13 feet long with material thicknesses up to 7 gauge mild steel. The most up to date CNC controls combined with a rack and pinion beam bending positioner, produces bending repeatability of +/- .10 degree. The back-gauge and clamping beam have a repeatability of .004”. The accuracy of the machine combined with the high-speed CNC controlled back-gauge travel makes this machine extremely versatile and highly capable of handling custom bending projects.
